Important Shipping Information

Belgian Chocolatier Piron chocolates are made using only the finest ingredients, including fresh cream and butter, and have a limited shelf life. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we partner with UPS and offer shipping methods which ensure your gift is delivered in perfect condition.

Summer Shipping Rates are in place which means that an insulated container and ice packs are automatically added to your order, noted as "Required Insulated Box and Ice". Additionally, shipping services may be refined to certain areas. Areas outside the 2 day ground service area from Evanston, IL, will only show 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Options, as the ice packs will keep the gift cold for 2 days only.

The Delivery Time shown under Delivery Method is the courier's estimate for their delivery service once we have shipped your order. Fulfillment of orders may take up to 3 business days. Please be assured that your items will ship out so as to arrive as close to your requested date as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee specific delivery dates. We typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), but reserve the right to determine the most efficient carrier for your order.

Credit Card Authorization and verification must be received prior to processing your order.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided on goods received damaged. Please contact us for authorization. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
